Casey boasts a rich familial history with Indiana, PA, graduating from the same high school as her mother did, and earning her degree in Business Administration from nearby University of Pittsburgh, her grandfather’s alma mater. She witnessed how her grandfather’s career as a surgeon and family doctor in Indiana provided the means to help others; this drove her to follow in his footsteps and become a registered nurse in 2012. Now the proud mother of two boys, Casey continues her family legacy in Indiana, helping others make her hometown their home as well.

While working in the medical field, Casey practiced the fundamentals of advocating for those around her. Her time in the neurosurgery unit at Conemaugh Medical Center provided valuable experience in using her practicality and critical thinking to support her patients. She also served as a pediatric registered nurse in Indiana Regional Medical Center. Her nursing career strengthened her listening skills and dedication to giving others agency.

The dedicated client-centered work ethic she developed during her nursing career is a strong foundation upon which she bases her interactions. She sees many correlations between working in real estate and in the medical field: both professions require her to listen to her clients carefully and to use creative problem solving. Supervising her clients’ journeys from start to finish and staying in contact with her clients are just a few of the benefits she appreciates about her hard work as an agent at Howard Hanna Kuzneski & Lockard Real Estate.

Her strong negotiation skills are rooted in her sincerity and integrity. Delegating, facilitating, and advocating for those with whom she works is second-nature to Casey.
